Landlords/Agents Views Sought on Private Rented Sector in Wales

Dr Gary Jones from Winchester University wishes to carry out a research project into the Private Rented Sector in Wales and gain landlords/agents views about a variety of issues including, Landlord Accreditation Wales (LAW), Continued Professional Development, the Welsh Government Proposals on the Private Rented Sector (currently out for consultation) and other issues surrounding the sector.
